Allergies and Intolerances

Please inform the Nursery Manager and key person if your child suffers from a severe allergy. Our staff will carry out a risk assessment during the settling visits.

A care plan and emergency procedures will be agreed with you, based on the information provided to us. If required, we will work with health visitors and other medical professionals to ensure we are able to meet your child’s needs.

The nursery cook will always provide a suitable alternative, as similar to the original meal as possible. We do also offer the option of the parent/carer sending in a healthy packed lunch for the child.
